RENTER BEWARE - while this property has a very good location and looks good in the pictures, it has a HORRIBLE smell of cigarettes that permeates EVERY room in the unit and especially the kitchen. While we thought it would be okay, after spending one night in the property it was so bad we had to leave the next day. The property description says it's a non-smoking unit and that is FALSE advertising. I would also not describe this as "beautifully kept" - the furnishings, bedding, curtains, carpet are ancient. We respectfully requested a refund from the owners via VRBO email and received no response from them - very disappointed!

Wonderful St Andrews
3 Queens Terrace is a fantastic location, adult and teen children with us, as well as our 4 legged family member really loved the stay. Everything was in easy reach, the beach walks top of the list, great local restaurants, especially Little Italy.

Had a great long weekend here. The property is large and plenty of room for us to stay with our 2 grown up children and there partners, without falling over each other. The location is perfect for anything in st andrews. Our only issue was 5 seats in the conservatory and 5 seats in the sitting room. Only place we could all sit together was the kitchen. I would definitely book again though, lovely comfortable home from home.
