Over flow toilet place flood

Totally different from what we saw online i was told the the flooding of the toilet wasn't the first time it happened regularly to guess and my shoes and clothes was soaked in poop water washer and dryer was locked away. When I first got there there was no water in the pipe i was told by the host she turn it off bc her water bill was $6000 Jm that was a turn off plus she cut one shower curtain in two for both bathrooms the chair covers was dirty the worst place have ever stayed in Jamaica
