The condo was perfect in size for the 2 of us. Location was close to restaurants, coffee and shopping. Historic downtown was only 10 mins away too. Having laundry was nice as well.

Great location/Tired Property

Overall location of unit and complex was excellent. Entry lock did not work upon check-in, which delayed our arrival a bit. Had to use a key from the lock box throughout our stay, which was a pain because we had two parties, which meant we had coordinate coming and going. Not to mention the key was not even on a key ring! Toilet paper holder came out of the wall during use. Main shower had mold stained caulk and was dirty in the corners. Very tired main bath that could use an update soon. Couch was old and had no bottom support which meant you sunk way down when you sat on it! Early checkout requirement of 10 am was a pain as most rentals we have stayed in had an 11 am or noon checkout.

Great little spot

Great little place in a beach front community. Loved the heated pool and the beach was lovely. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras - coffee pods, soaps, beach chairs, boogie boards.

Great Beach Stay

We enjoyed our week long pet friendly stay with our dogs! The condo was comfortable and decorated with tasteful beachy touches. Kitchen was fully equipped, washer/ dryer was very useful and beach chairs and an umbrella were conveniently provided. The two pools were a great option before or after the beach and location was a short drive into historic St. Augustine for shopping, terrific restaurants and sight seeing. I would recommend this condo!
