1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Such an adorable property right in the downtown area making it convenient for just about everything. It was the perfect size for two adults. There was a balcony with a table for two which invited us for breakfast every morning watching passers by.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Victorian. It’s very cozy and close to all the shops and restaurants. The only issue was parking, it’s a ten minute walk from where you park to the apartment.

This place was fantastic! PERFECT location to all of downtown St. Augustine; we were able to walk everywhere we planned to within 5-10 mins. The place itself was clean and cute, bed was so comfy, and the hosts were very responsive! You can’t beat the price; we went during nights of lights and it was still very accommodating comparatively. The space is beautiful and the view is amazing. Comfortable walking distance to pretty much everything. Parking included. The bed is very soft and the house is charming with lots of bright space. Check in and out were seamless. It is in the heart of everything, so there is a little noise from outside, but a sound machine is provided to drown out some of it, which is a very thoughtful touch.
