Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Six minutes from DOWNTOWN St .Augustine . Screened in porch for afternoon relaxing. Full kitchen, walk in shower, Central heat and air. TV with wifi. This lovely one bedroom tiny house is situated on app 1/2 acre on a private setting, no one else to share with very private setting .

Anderson Street Retreat is on a well for drinking , shower ,ice, and all water needs .

Some quest are not familiar with private water source , so I would like to make sure everyone is aware of this.

Pets are always welcome there is a $100 pet fee for the length of the stay if two pets are desired it would be $200 for the length of this stay and no more than two pets allowed on the property at one time .
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of San Sebastian River. A kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Worst property I've ever rented

Trying to communicate with the property manager was horrendous! The water smells like sewage. Had a problem with hot water. Do not recommend!
