Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Condo has grocery carts and luggage carts for your convenience in transporting luggage, groceries, etc.

The Antastasia condos has a beautiful gated beach walkover that has been newly redone with no stairs for convenience of walking to the beach and strolling carts and wagons. You are also available to drive on the beach if you wish. When you return from the beach, you will have Brand new shower area & wash off area for your convenience.

The Resort style pool at the Anastasia Condominiums is heated during the winter months. It also has some shaded areas and sunbathing layout areas also with a second floor layout deck. The pool also has adjacent bathroom facilities with shower.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

We loved our stay here. The condo is spacious with a large kitchen and bedrooms with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds are comfortable and the overall cleanliness was great. We only stayed for 2 nights but if we visit St. Augustine again, we will try to stay here again. The owner is communicative and responsive.

We loved the beautiful and comfortable condo in a quiet, lovely complex. The beach is just steps away through a private walkway and the pool was warm and inviting. This location is convenient to the town of St Augustine and many good restaurants. The property owners communicate very well!!

Beautiful place with plenty of room and accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The view of the beach was perfect from the dining area and the balcony room. Room is conveniently near the elevator, which is excellent. Owners kept in great contact and responded quickly to any inquiries. All around a great spot for families to get away and enjoy a calm beach life. Highly recommend.

Best Florida Beach Vacation

I can’t say enough about this condo and the host. The check-in and checkout process was very simple. The condo was immaculate! It was beautiful and everything I was hoping for from the pictures and what was advertised. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. It was quiet and very comfortable. I didn’t expect the pool to be that nice from the picture, but it was absolutely wonderful. There was also a wagon, canopy and chairs as well as some toys to take to the beach. When we make it back to Saint Augustine, we will definitely stay here. Also, the host was very inviting, and although we did not need anything, they made sure they were available for any of our needs via text.

Great memories

We stayed 2 weeks and this was an amazing opportunity to have to get away from Maine and enjoy the Florida beaches. St. Augustine beach is clean and beautiful and the condo was everything we had hoped for. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The view from the condo is breathtaking! We will no doubt be booking again when we visit Florida!

This place was great and our family was very comfortable. We come to St. Augustine every year. The unit was great and we had everything we needed! It was nice to have access to beach chairs and a wagon. Noisy dryer but otherwise all was great!
