Living space
Inside, the living room offers comfortable seating and an HDTV with streaming, making it a natural gathering spot after a day on the water. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep the home cool and comfortable throughout your stay.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishes you need. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and 5 beds sleep up to 10 guests with ease. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all provided so you can travel light and settle in fast.
 
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - towels, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub and hair dryer are also available.
 
Outdoor & extras
Step outside to the patio or balcony and fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout. Free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is included. A washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays, and keypad self check-in means a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind.
 
Location
Aqua Vista is nestled on the east side of A1A, half a mile from the beach. Within 30 minutes you can explore Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the Spanish colonial streets of downtown St. Augustine. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Matanzas Inlet, a well-regarded spot for casting a line along Florida's Historic Coast.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
