I've stayed in many vacation rentals and work in the hospitality industry, and this house is among the all-around best-kept and cleanest, most well-appointed that I've booked. The owner is communicative and attentive to even small details, and you can tell everyone involved in maintaining this property puts extreme care into it. We stayed with a large group and everyone had a great experience. Amazing outdoor patio with convenient outdoor shower, and only steps down to the beach. Can't recommend enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Just spent my 60th birthday here with 5 other couples and this house offers everything you need and then some. So clean and you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into every detail. Will definitely be back.put

Beautiful home right on the ocean. Amazing views from every room. Tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy beds and plenty of linens. Everything we needed to cook meals for 8. Plenty of space to spread out as well as space for togetherness! Responsive host and property manager. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook.

This is a beautiful property, very well equiped with everything you need for a weekend getaway to the beach. House was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us, our 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws. and new grandson. Easy drive in to St. Augustine and great to be able to walk outside to the beach. Armando made sure we had everything we needed. WIll stay again if we are in the area!

Amazing view!! It is a beautiful home and well appointed. It was a great set up for days on the beach, cocktails, wine and making dinners. Living room was perfect for watching sports and playing games. We had a great time and want to visit again.

Truly is a place for “Beach Therapy”!!!! There is everything you need for the beach already there at the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Armondo and Kevin are great to deal with!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning beachfront property! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly spacious—plenty of room for our entire family (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 5 kiddos) to relax, make memories and enjoy the time together. Waking up to ocean views and having direct beach access with everything we could need made our vacation truly special. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable and memorable stay. We had a great family vacation at Beach therapy!!!! We had multiple families and there was plenty of room for everyone!!! The main level was amazing and the perfect place to hangout and enjoy wonderful views of the ocean!!! Backyard is the beach!!! House was well stocked with towels, beach toys and kitchenware! Definitely hope to be back again next year!!!
