Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Plus Suite #224

This 2nd floor Balcony suite is the perfect seaside retreat. It is a great spot if you need separate bedding for your company staying in the living room. This suite has two twin Murphy beds in the living room, for those who would find it awkward to sleep together. There is a flat screen TV and the view can be enjoyed from the sofa or the Murphy beds. This condo has the popular tv channel line up included, which is an upgrade for our complex. The balcony has an adorable table for two and a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner flat top stove and oven and a separate area for the kitchen table, the perfect pelican perch. A mirrored wall in the kitchen area catches another view of the ocean. The bathroom has more of that coastal charm, tub/shower combo with rainwater shower head, tile surround and adorable seaside accents. The private bedroom is carpeted and has the comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. This suite is comfortably appointed for an enjoyable seaside themed stay. NO PETS ALLOWED

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the condo it was very clean, cold and a comfortable bed! We like that this location is a very short distance to St. Augustine.

Girls weekend

We enjoyed our time there other than two guests experiencing asthma attacks from running dirty air conditioners. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

We had such a wonderful time! Family of 5 with 3 kids under 6 years old. The condo was perfect for us, tons of stuff within walking distance to eat. The condo pool was excellent, the beach was AMAZING! Super WIDE beach, and at 2pm the tide was way out and my little ones had so much fun finding shells, animals, diggers, sand fleas, etc in the tide pools. Cannot wait to go back and stay longer next time!!! Thank you!

I was not able to check in at 4 because my room was not ready which was frustrating since I was only staying 1 night. The tv’s were really small as well. Otherwise it was nice.

Great location, mediocre room

Easy to book, easy check in. The view was spectacular. Beach access was quick and convenient. The room was adequate but shabby and not exactly clean. There was mold in the bathroom, the living room ceiling fan made an awful nose and had to be shut off. The mattresses were uncomfortable but the linens were clean and the towels were fresh. Housekeeping checked in and brought additional towels.
