If you are looking for a vibrant 2nd Floor Balcony Suite Plus, then look no further. This condo has the advantage of the queen Murphy bed in the living room area. Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen, a lovely new kitchen table, a new modern looking sofa and a new recliner. The bathroom and living room have been repainted in a fresh white color and the shower valve has been replaced. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed and tile throughout this condo keeps things clean and tidy. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it here. But please, NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
