There is a pub style kitchen table and modern updates, including tile throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with gorgeous white quartz countertops and a 4 burner flat top stove/oven, refrigerator and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom also has a matching quartz vanity. The private bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and a smaller flat screen bedroom TV. Max of 2 dogs (no weight restrictions) with a $75 pet fee, per pet per stay. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
