This charming 3rd floor balcony suite is cheerfully appointed and continuously updated with details that will delight. Enjoy the view of the ocean, as you relax in the high backed chairs on the balcony and watch the gently swaying palm tree just below in the sand dunes. The new queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, or the leather recliner with ottoman in the living room, is the perfect spot to watch the 39" flat screen TV while you enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchenette is fully equipped having a 4 burner stove and oven, with finishing touches to appreciate such as granite countertops and a tiled back splash. You'll have everything you need in this condo. The bathroom has the custom tiled tub and new vanity top. The private bedroom is dressed in coastal colors with a queen bed, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and wood laminate flooring. Small touches throughout this condo are thoughtful, so that you can relax and make the most of your time at the beach. SMALL DOGS ALLOWED UNDER 35LBS, NO CATS OR BIRDS. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET.
