The home is lovely! Just as in the photos. The home was clean as a whistle and we had everything that we needed. Our host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our questions. The home was even decorated for Christmas! Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had 8 people and had plenty of inside and outside room to relax. The location was great. It is close enough to downtown to walk. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely “Cottage over the Bridge”!

House was beautiful and comfortable. My family and I loved it. We celebrated my mom’s 72nd birthday with a girls trip to St. Augustine and this house was perfect. Not too far from everything. Very clean. Will stay here again.

This property made my dad's 82nd birthday celebration extremely special for our family. Not only was the home and its decor spacious and stunning (exceeding the lovely pictures online), the hosts and property manager were incredibly accommodating. The location could not have been better, as it is right between the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine. It was one of our favorite stays ever. :)

Wow! This home was beautiful and comfy! Best sleeping beds our adult family has ever slept on. We all joked that we were getting new mattresses when we got home. Quiet neighborhood. Great host, with quick and easy communication. The house was stocked with several convenient items. Such a great location to downtown. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had so many amenities and extra supplies that made our trip easy and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were professional and kind, even when my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. Everything was handled smoothly and with understanding. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again if they’ll have us!

St Augustine Cottage

Wonderful home. Better in person than the pictures and that is saying a lot. We did not really interact with the property manager. Did not need to. Charming outdoor area. Great location. Minutes from the Bridge of Lions! We hope to be back. Highly recommend!

Chill vibes near the heart of St. Augustine

We had a great experience at the cottage over the bridge! It’s a beautifully designed property stocked with all the comforts of home. The owners did a great job making sure everything within the house was functional and easy to find. LOVED the decor of the house and how clean and organized everything was. 1 week holiday stay Christmas thru New Years!Nicely remodeled home in great location . Easy to access historic downtown plus the beaches. House well equipped and nicely remodeled. large living area. Large dining table. Spacious kitchen. Bedrooms close together but very comfortable.Linens and towels were very nice. Little extras from owner really was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend booking. Historic St Augustine is busy during the holidays… so traffic is tough, but if you are not opposed to walking off your meals, restaurants and downtown are definitely doable by foot…especially when the weather is so nice .
