This ground floor unit has been beautifully updated and comfortably furnished with coastal decor throughout and is located just steps away from the large oceanside pool and direct access to miles of family friendly beach. The living room has ample seating for all, ceiling fan, large cable TV and access to the oversize patio with plenty of lounging opportunities to soak up the warm sun and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The kitchen has quartz counters, updated cabinetry full of all you will need for meal preparation, stainless GE Cafe appliances and bar seating for six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, renovated en suite bath and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV with an HDMI port for your personal streaming devices, and shares a hall bath with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has two twins, ceiling fan and access to a secondary patio with seating. Also included are a charcoal grill, stackable washer and dryer and linens and towels. Just bring your beach towels and flip flops!
