Family visit

I normally choose between this hotel and the ones in the city when I visit family. This one had the best price and is a short distance from town. Although there always contract workers staying at this hotel the workers are quite friendly.

Affordable Option

The location was only 30 minutes from St Augustine and much more affordable. Beds were comfortable with great pillows, but both our rooms had a pretty strong musty smell. Hot breakfast included was tasty and always a nice bonus.

What a mess,never again!!

The chargers didn’t workin the room went to office to see about changing rooms,no can do , 4 o’clock in afternoon nobody was checked in yet,I never met such lazy people in my life! I went back to my room to shower and see a roach walking across the bathroom floor!

The rooms were really clean and the ac worked perfectly. I had one of the back rooms so I didn't hear anything outside. The staff was really friendly and kind. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Its close to downtown palatka. I do have to say that the carpet needs to be shampoo, and as a past hotel worker I know it can be difficult to shampoo the carpets but 1 room at the time during low season will do. 😁

It is literally a roach motel. Bed was infested with roaches. The staff refunded me and I had to sleep in my car since all of the other hotels were fully booked. Never again. Do not stay at this hotel.

Although I do understand they had just had a storm not very long ago, The room stank. It obviously flooded and they just dried it out. It was very musty and wet smelling. You can tell the room had been cleaned but it wasn't super clean. The bed was just so hard. There was no way to be comfortable and we actually ended our trip a day early because I just couldn't sleep on it another night. I would like to shout out Jersey though, He was very polite and helpful.
