The road in the area is all tore up. Road construction near entrance is a huge mess. Hard to find entrance at night. If your room faces the back of the property don’t look out the window. Lots of junk spread out. Light post broken fence pieces, etc.

The girl checking in was not sure what she was doing and took forever, the keys to the room did not work even the maintenance could not fix the lock so we had to go in and out separate and other clients also had trouble with their keys I would not recommend this they gave you each a towel and women like 2

Great option near St. Augustine!

Convenient, fair-priced hotel right off 95 and near the outlets. Room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was standard (and good!).

terrible access to the property, the water at the hotel has a smell to it which doesnt seem safe. maintenance staff is terrible, tv had issues.. ill never stay here again, i reccommend you go somewhere else for the night

When we arrived to the hotel at our check-in time, it took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and no other staff could be found. When initially going into our room, it was very clean, however, when turning on lamps to get light in the room lightbulbs were missing from our lamps. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel which made it very hard to get in and caused heavy traffic. There was Very limited seating for the breakfast in the lobby, had to stand and wait for a place to sit.
