Gold rated two bedroom/two bath second floor entry condominium with stunning view of the lagoon. Enclosed patio offers relaxing moments, located near the beach access and heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.
This unit has tile flooring throughout the entire unit. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new cabinets & counters.
The dining room & living room are very comfortably furnished. The living room has new leather couch & loveseat and a nice flat screen TV w/ Blu-Ray player.
The master bedroom has a king bed & a flat screen TV. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.

Perfect condo

This condo was a perfect fit for us! ( myself, my college age daughter and my father) Very spacious, large balcony that opened all the way with glass sliders from the living room. The heated pool was really clean and very nice. The beach was gorgeous and just a short walk from the condo. The grounds were immaculate, the staff was welcoming. The location was great for going to old St. Augustine and seeing all the sites. Plus, groceries and restaurants very near by. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. Loved it and would definitely go back.

This condo was perfect!

Very clean, plenty of room for the four of us, well appointed, and a short stroll to the beach! The kids loved the loft, and we enjoyed our privacy. The office staff and guards were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience. The pools were also kept very tidy, we spent almost half our time there.
