The property is really old and the rooms are not comfortable for a family, A/C old too. We stayed at this property for just one day and it was enough. The price is really expensive for what this property offers. The only positive thing is its proximity to Old St. Augustine.

El lugar estaba limpio cómodo, el piso es en losa no de alfombra, así que no hay humedad ni mal olor tiene los líquidos para bañarse shampoo y jabón y en el lavamanos tiene jabón líquido y secadora de pelo. Lo único que necesitas llevar es tu pasta de dientes porque también tienen las toallas el servicio y atención al cliente fue excelente me lo recibieron muy bien, nos dejaron estacionarnos y caminar para sanar Agustín a disfrutar antes y después de la reservación. La verdad que lo recomiendo al 100%. El lugar es muy tranquilo.

This place was excellent for my overnight stay 10min walking didn’t need to drive there so that plus from the historic area to see the lights. The room was really clean the area where the hotel was it’s very quiet.

Yes the room was clean and the owner operators were lovely. Bobby and Sam couldn't have been more pleasant to us! I was not impressed with the room but the bed and pillows were devine. Water was hot, a/c worked just not used to 200 per night when Marriot in Tampa was not nor was Holiday Inn express in Miami. But considering the weekend Holiday lighting it was worth it. I'd go back!

Desk manager was very knowledgeable & helpful with local attractions & directions, housekeeping staff were very friendly. Room was ok. But the floor hadn’t been washed or vacuum in days, beds were not made daily (we weren’t given an options either)!

We stayed here October 2025 price was $88 for a Thursday night. One night stay. Small room with small bathroom but enough for one night. Refrigerator and coffee maker. The air conditioner was small but kept the room very cold. Nice TV. Nice floor. Lots of parking. You can walk over the bridge of Lions to the shopping area The walk is about 15 minutes. Perfect for what we needed
