The home is also conveniently located with a direct route to a protected pedestrian crossing for safe access across the A1A, to reach the beach. There are many restaurants, and a grocery store (Winn Dixie) within minutes from the home, with options such as Walmart or Aldi a short 15 minute drive away. The location provides quick access to the historic downtown, and other local attractions such as the St Augustine lighthouse, Amphitheatre, and the Alligator farm. The home is beautiful well cab updated with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Having bikes to ride was a big Plus and a cart with some things for the beach was nice. The space fit are large family very well and we had a couple extra beds. Proximity to the beach was a huge bonus and a very easy walk. We most definitely would consider staying at this location again as it did have everything that our family needed for a great vacation.

It was nice to have separate entrances for our son‘s larger family with 2 teenagers and a preteen, who stayed in the downstairs, which is like a separate apartment.
