Our Piece of Paradise is close to the beach, restaurants, nature, history, attractions and fun! Every kitchen need and cooking essentials, luxury linens, beach necessities, books, games and toys in the condo!
Come relax in this condo with its beachy decor and full amenities with neatly-groomed grounds and a short walk (900 steps) to the beach.

Walk into a bright and comfortable living room ready for relaxing with a choice of books, a variety of games and lots of DVD’s if you get tired of streaming TV or the Internet. Then move into our updated Kitchen with granite countertops with all the comforts of home. You should find what you need for making a quick bite or gourmet meal. Enjoy it in the well-lit dining room with table,seating for 6 and a ceiling fan. Then retire to the large master with a queen sized bed, with two closets and ample drawer space where you can watch streaming TV in private. Master bathroom is beautifully updated with hotel quality towels. Guest bedroom has a platform double bed and a twin bed with smartly decorated in a new fishing theme. Find closet and drawer storage and lots toys and games for kids. The Guest bathroom is also updated in a Flamingo theme. Get that St. Augustine feel with the beach decor throughout. Washer, dryer and iron available for your needs. When you decide to enjoy the outdoors, you can sit at the cafe table and take in the breeze on the porch or gather up our chairs, umbrella, blowup rafts and toys and head the short distance to the beach. There the kids can play in the splash pad by the pier, swim on the beach that has lifeguards, play volleyball or bocce or just have an ice cream at Rita’s. Ready to head out for the night? Lots of wonderful restaurants are just a short distance on the island. You can also head into town for a variety of dining and nightlife.

The location was perfect! The owners thought of everything as the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The neighbors all appeared to be very friendly. The ONLY negative was the neighbor downstairs is a smoker, and the smoke smell would find its way into our condo. The condo could use some updating, but is a beautiful place and well decorated. The queen mattress was super comfy!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Roomy condo 10 minute walk to beach

This property is a second floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo equipped with everything you need: dishes, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cart to carry it all! There’s also a nice swimming pool next door. It was everything we wanted. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Warm stay at a lovely home

Easy access to beaches and historic St. Augustine. Thoughtful notes helped us enjoy our stay and appreciate all that this charming condo had to offer. Well stocked kitchen and soothing decor. Sometimes the lights on all the electronics in the master bedroom were a bit too much, but the judicious use of the many pillows addressed our concerns. The sense of family and their love of this home was clearly evident. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Nice and clean and very well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! Communication with them was great also. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. We look forward to our next visit here!

Very nice place near St Augustine Beach

Apartment is nice and clean and very near the beach. (5-10 minutes walk to the Pope Rd beach access). The apartment complex is well maintained and quiet. Location is just across the parking lot from the pool, and the pool is nice and clean. Apartment pictures were accurate and captured the feel of the apartment well.

Cute Bungalow

Convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Accommodations were clean and the Keurig was stocked. Community pool is right next door so you can go to the beach and then a swim in the pool conveniently. I would stay there again.

St Augustine Beach condo

The condo was an adequate amount of space for our 4 week stay. It was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The walking/bike trail was really great and we walked almost every day. The floors in the condo were not clean. Our socks were very dirty every day and I tried Nottoway walk around in bare feet. On the days that I did, the soles were black and I had to wash them before getting into bed. The kitchen is quite small but had most of what was needed. There was very little space to keep groceries because there were multiple sets of dishes and glassware. We enjoyed the Keurig ! The outside space was just a corner of a busy walkway, so we couldn't enjoy it very much. The picture in the listing confused us.

A true piece of paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Every modern convenience you could want or need, pool is directly across from you and is a good size. The beach is a short walk, or drive if you prefer.. Close to several restaurants, shopping options and not far from downtown if you prefer to explore some. The owners were easy to work with and the check in process was easy.
