The property is good, we request 2 times for new towels and never send it to my room, i found one of the housekeeper ladies in the hallway doing the room service in another room and she gave me the towels we requested the day before

The hotel staff are generally friendly people. The room I was given upon arrival had a non-functioning bathroom fan, and the toilet paper roll was almost empty, as were the bottles of body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. I actually took pictures of this, and the sheets smelled of sweat; I don't think they were 100% clean. They charged me a $50.00 fee in case anything was damaged in the room, which they still haven't refunded me even though I left the room in perfect condition.

Surprised by how new the place looks, very clean. Staff there are very attentive. Large room. Breakfast is not big but there is plenty of restaurants around for that. Very good place to stay.
