Waterfront complex on Sebastian Harbor with community pool and 38’ boat slip. Enjoy a beautiful view of Historic downtown St Augustine across the marsh. Great fishing from the dock or bring your boat and tie up to your private 38’ floating dock. Swim in the pool located just a short walk from the door. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The great location has more than 50 restaurants and bars located within 1 mile of the condo. Just across the street there is easy access to a grocery store and the Metro Diner as seen on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Marina Munch Food trucks are just a half a mile. Easily walkable and bikeable if you don't want to drive.

Our 3 story 1120 square feet Villa offers a cozy living room with a 65 inch tv, an open kitchen and breakfast bar as well as a full bathroom all on the second floor. The 3rd floor is where the master bedroom and bathroom reside with a comfortable king bed and walk in closet. The first floor has a second bedroom nestled behind the garage along with a washer and dryer.
