This very private vacation retreat invites guests to experience the tranquil beauty – and ultimate relaxation – that Coquina Condominiums offers. Dip your toes in the waters of the great Atlantic or swim in our large lap pool (the little ones have a kiddie pool, too), literally steps from your garden patio. What makes Coquina so special is the feeling of being a million miles from the hectic pace of everyday life and yet so close to St. Augustine’s vibrant downtown when the explorer in you craves an outing of souvenir hunting, specialty shopping, or fine dining.

No stairs or crowded elevators, just open the door and discover how easy, ocean-breezy your vacation is going to be! Tasteful furnishings, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, cool tile flooring, ceiling fans all have your comfort in mind. The kitchen is full of upgrades, as well as every “must-have” to conveniently prepare meals. Two bedrooms and baths make this unit perfect for up to six guests. Take your morning coffee out on the patio and watch the sun rise over the ocean against a glorious display of colors splashed across the sky. Made lots of sweet memories with my daughter and granddaughter for the long weekend. The condo is nicely decorated. It is steps from the pool and the beach. No long walkway! There were a couple of issues, but Holly was very helpful. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinner/silver ware and cooking utensils. Check-in was easy using the keypad. A good selection of books and games, beach chairs/towels, and beach umbrellas for use by the owner. We enjoyed the pools too!

Everything was great. The only issue we had was we could not figure out how to turn the shower on in the bathroom off of the hall. Where is the shower handle? So we only had one shower to use. Also, it would be helpful to guests to have some kind of TV channel guide.

Perfect getaway from everything

We will be back. We loved the whole experience from start to finish. Holly was very responsive, very friendly, and had all the bases covered in the instructions and emails. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was quiet and very clean. Can’t wait to get back. The view from the porch and the proximity to the beach is incredible. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Loved how ray it was to go out each day for a walk on the beach. The were only a few 4x4 trucks per day driving on the beach. A really nice family trip. Thanks

Great Rental away from the city

The space was perfect and had most everything you'd need in the kitchen. The beach materials were awesome (chairs & towels). It is pretty far from stores and restaurants so plan accordingly. We loved how pretty and quiet the beach was though so it was worth the tradeoff. Would 10/10 stay here again!
