Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide restful spaces for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and balcony access with sweeping ocean views. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and closet storage, while the third offers a twin daybed with a trundle and multiple desks for reading or remote work. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the additional rooms.

Living spaces
Relax in the open-concept living area, where large picture windows frame panoramic Atlantic views. Comfortable seating invites you to gather after a day at the beach, watch TV with standard cable, or simply listen to the rhythm of the waves.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, along with a dining table for shared meals. The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh towels and clothes between beach outings.

Outdoor living
Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from your private covered lanai or take a short path directly to the sand. Beach essentials are provided for your convenience, along with access to a pool and tennis courts within the community.

Amenities & comforts
You’ll have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for year-round comfort. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Two free parking spaces and elevator access make arrival easy, while self check-in with a keypad ensures a smooth start to your stay.
