Rooms are clean and comfortable. About 7 minutes walking to downtown St. Augustine. Breakfast is avarage, but good. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Only reason why I won't rate this hotel 5 stars is because parking is too expensive. Hotel has 2 huge parking lots. I understand when hotels charge for parking due to limited space, not in this case though.

Check in was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had hardly any hot water, we were told there was an issue with the hot water system through the entire hotel. At night the bar/restaurant was very understaffed. Only one employee. She advised guests that it would be a long wait to be served. After giving up and heading to the room to order room service we realized that the same employee also handled room service orders. So, no good. Overall ok, but for the price, we expected more.

The property was excellent, the rooms were very cozy and inviting. My only feedback is the front desk staff could have been a little more welcoming. At times during our stay I felt like my GF, and I were an inconvenience to them. Overall, we loved the stay and would go back!

Parking is challenging. Staff when I arrived didn’t informe of breakfast options or amenities. It was very uncomfortable when checking in. For the rest, everything was great.

The front desk employee was not friendly at all throughout our entire stay. There were no towels in the bathroom which we only noticed when we were already undressed to take a shower which it was remedied after we called the unfriendly front desk to have someone bring some to our room. Not enough coffee pods in the room either which we had to go downstairs to ask for some more. The maid forgot lots of items in our room but the envelope for her tip which I have never seen this before in all of our trips.Parking for $25 a night and it is not even a gated parking, no extra security.
