Good beachfront resort for the family

Great location - near lots of restaurants. Water was cold & rough in early spring, which we expected for this region of FL. The pool looked well-maintained with some games in the nearby courtyard, and it was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Roomy, serviceable suites. The service and accommodations were better than I've experienced at some higher-end hotels.

We were there for 2 nights. Our Room was wonderful, The location is phenomenal, the view is stunning. Clean rooms, great staff, valet parking attendants were prompt. My favorite was the manager’s cocktail reception every evening. Definitely will be back for longer stay

Great stay in St Augustine, FL

Embassy Suites usually never disappoints and this location was fantstic! The only complaint would be the resort fee when it's pouring rain your whole stay and your unable to use the outdoor amenities. Perhaps in the future they could wave such fees when it's storming outside. Other than that I will definetly return!

Hotel is charging a premium for accommodations but I feel I did not receive premium. Rooms are showing wear and I had to request a bathroom cleaning upon arrival. Be aware there is a $40 parking fee per day and an app they requests $7 tip for valet each time you request your vehicle. Breakfast, happy hour, pool access, etc. is not included…. You will be charged $22 per day for a “resort fee”. I will not be returning.

The hotel property it self was ok, kinda run down, they could do a better job maintaining it. I did like the fact that it's modern, has a great pool which I didn't get to enjoy cause we had really bad weather. Gorgeous patio area with fire pits to enjoy. A really nice free breakfast. The hotel was fairly clean. The staff was amazing!! they really made the stay extra great!

This property was beautiful and so clean. Everyone was very nice even though the weather was in the 50s and low 60s we couldn't enjoy most of the outdoors but it was beautiful. Being on the beach and I loved the complimentary yoga classes and drink and snacks. I would absolutely stay here again!

Was not completely satisfied with the cleanliness. The hallways all needed a vacuuming and our room was dirty in the corners of the room. For a higher end resort I expected a lot more in the details. Over all a good resort. Simple fixes.

It's a very nice Place to stay. Wish they had more carts to put luggage on was a huge gripe as we were in room 385... All the way up and last far room... Not pleasant trying to lug 6 suitcases... I hate vip but that mandatory so I don't tip for something forced on me. The motel surcharge is crazy it falls off in a few days but over $700 for a 3 day stay... I already paid up for the room. It was very nice with an awesome free breakfast but my wife says she can't justify the cost. Maybe we will be back without an ocean balcony next time.

Great place! We esp loved the afternoon reception and breakfast buffet. Pool area beautiful, great ocean views. It was way colder than norm but we still found a lot to do at the resort . Walking distance to multiple of our fave restaurants too!
