Everything is perfect, but they should change the pillows that one puts over one's head and it's as if one were sleeping on a mattress without a pillow. The park that is next to the hotel, which belongs to the county, comes at 7 a.m. to play and makes such a noise that they don't let you sleep, and the hotel staff can't do anything when that happens.

All was good. The only complaint we had was that we posted the do not disturb tag on our room because we didn't want anyone to enter. We returned to our room later to find that someone had indeed entered the room to tidy up and make the bed. This isn't really acceptable when we request it for our privacy. Other wise, that staff was amazing, food was great and the entire facility was very nice

We had a room that was side facing the ocean and quite a long walk from the elevator. After my husband talked to the manager about his heart condition and how much trouble he was having getting to the room, the manager went above and beyond and moved us to a room closer to the elevator with a better view. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was so much less stress on my husband and a great way to celebrate our 46th anniversary!
