Our charming and cozy boho-chic cottage features a king sized bed, a kitchenette with air fryer, coffee, ensuite bath, WiFi, streaming services, and access to an electric firepit and BBQ gas grill on the shared patio. Enjoy free onsite parking for one vehicle and being only a 5-minute drive from all that historic St Augustine has to offer!

Quant neighborhood

This private 1920s cottage, located behind a main house, is available on Airbnb. Please be aware that the patio is shared with other guests. Amenities include a gas BBQ, electric fire pit, and air fryer. One free parking spot is available in the gravel driveway. Situated in a residential/business area, it's a short walk to Dos Coffee shop and a 5-minute drive to downtown.

Nestled behind the main house, the guest house features a king bed and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking necessities, excluding spices. Our property's location offers convenience but with potential noise considerations. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable.

This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
