GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living area, the kitchen, the dedicated laundry room, the game room, and the fully fenced backyard. Check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock on the private entrance. You will receive your personalized access code on the day of your arrival. Private parking is available in the driveway.

INTERACTION WITH THE GUEST
We want you to feel right at home and enjoy your privacy. You will have the entire place to yourself. We will not be present during your stay but are always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations via the messaging app. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and seamless experience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Occasional Train Sounds: St. Augustine has a charming local train system that runs nearby. Most guests find the occasional sound adds to the local character, but we like to mention it for transparency.
- No Pets Allowed: We cannot accommodate pets due to the owner's allergies. Thank you for understanding!
