Had a wonderful stay again this year. Vanessa and the other ladies at the service desk are all so friendly. A wonderful welcome just walking through the door. House keeping is amazing.

Very clean room, nice beach access and helpful staff. I accidentally left a small case with my nightguard mouthpiece in it in our room. I called the next day. the nice girl answering the phone (I think her name was Gabriella) had the cleaning staff locate it, boxed it up and sent it to me. I so greatly appreciated that!! Some employees just wouldn’t have gone to the trouble. She went above & beyond the call. Thank you Hampton Inn!!

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. I want to give a big shout out to Tatyanna! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very nice being right on the beach and it is in walking distance of some fabulous restaurants. It's become a tradition to visit here each summer for our anniversary and the accommodations at this hotel have always been nice.

The location is great, it’s right on the beach which is mostly why I chose to book here. Lots of restaurants to choose from near by. However, for over $300 a night the beds are terrible! The mattress was so hard!! Pillows weren’t great either. Carpet was super dirty, leaving our feet almost black.

Yes it’s Florida and humid but the hallways shouldn’t be damp and musty. Room has been renovated which is a plus. Great beach access and good location. Breakfast was also a good.

When we arrived, we were treated very nicely… After a day or two I asked the lady at the front desk about the chairs for the beach and then she informed me that yeah just as long as you bring them back… OK so the following day, I asked another lady at the desk about the chairs and then she informed me that there is a rental place that you can get them from. Also, I asked the maids for three soaps and I was informed I could only have two soaps and I was at your facility for five days not after me paying $2200 for this trip.

To start off the room smelled of dog every time we sat down on the sofa or bed it was very noticeable…. The room thermostat did not work…. Put it on 85 and the room was still very cold, uncomfortable…. Shortage of luggage carts…. Ice machine on our floor not usable….
