This is an amazing location but this is not the quality I expect of a Hampton Inn. The front desk service was very nice and accommodating however the hotel is old with some minor room updates and new furniture. Definitely could us a better facelift and then it would get five stars.

Good getaway.

Little girl who took care of the breakfast area was excellent. She prepared food and kept everything full and presentable. Very friendly and constantly asking if everything was ok or anything needed.

We chose the balcony room, the picture seemed to lead to the view either being the pool or the ocean and it was the street view. Not reallly worth the extra expense.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Hotel was great, would stay here again. Only complaint was that the pool was not heated and was freezing, by day 6 it had finally warmed up due to the beautiful weather we had.

I called multiple times to let them know we would be arriving after midnight, but when we got there at 1 am the computer was down and we were not able to get into our room until almost 4 am. Myself and two kids sitting in the lobby and when finally assigned a room it was not what I booked and it was already occupied! The attendent said she would take a night off our stay, but since we pre-paid through Expedia there was no such deal so they did NOTHING for us. $266 for that night wasted, not worth booking with expedia at all since Hampton inn would not offer any type for refund
