The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. Check in was easy and the communication with the host was excellent. The location is also very convenient to the local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean home ready to move in and start having fun! Plenty of room for a couple or family with a beautiful fenced-in spacious backyard. we stayed for a week and slept soundly each night after days of exploring the local area and beyond. Our host was friendly and very attentive to our questions and ensured we had everything we needed. Would recommend this awesome location and affordable price to anyone looking to relax and enjoy Florida!

We stayed here for 3 nights, and the property was poorly maintained. The ceiling fan strings were torn, making it impossible to turn the fan off without shutting off the light. The bedroom table lamp was broken and had no bulb. There was almost no hand soap, very few hangers for 4 guests, no tea kettle, a broken dish soap dispenser, one worn-out kitchen sponge, burnt and old frying pans, and not enough towels in the bathrooms.We contacted Monika, who responded quickly but none of the issues were resolved during our stay. Disappointing experience.

Very spacious home with great updates. Very clean. Bring your own blankets if you want thicker comfort. Very close to historic St. Augustine. Bring extra toilet paper... only 2 rolls provided for 3 nights for 5 adults. Extra big back yard and nice fire pit available but we did not have time to use it. Host responds to questions very quickly. Would stay again.

Amazing house!

Home is very pretty and very well equipped. Plenty of supplies like shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. Communication with the owner was very good. Was worried a bit about the neighborhood when first arrived but at no point did i ever felt unsafe, and owner has no control about that either. My family and i had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again.
