The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The location was the best. Pool was right outside the back door. Beach was literally steps away. Downtown was also just a short drive. Best of all, Doug was super responsive. Highly recommend.

You couldn't ask for a better host and hostess than Doug & Mary. We keep coming back to their corner of the world because it's the best! 10/10 highly recommend! Beautiful condo with everything you need. Comfortable, homey, up to date. Perfect for family beach trip!

GREAT CONDO

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. Everything very updated and modern. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets in the condo. Location is fabulous! Ice cream pizza and donuts next door. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Also a circle k in walking distance. Through the pool and out a short side walk and you’re on the sand. Perfect walk to the beach. Pool is great. Plenty of chairs and tables. Honestly I think the condo was even better in person than what the pictures show. So so happy with it. Would absolutely stay again! Owners were easily reached for any questions. Can’t say enough how please I am with our stay!! 15 out of 10! 5 stars

Perfect location for fun time at the beach

We loved the quiet condo that was steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool as part of the complex was never crowded and was just outside the back door. The condo was wonderful and a great place to get out of the sun and relax!

Really enjoyed my stay

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. It’s near the pier with many nice restaurants close by. I loved walking the beach. The state park is a mile up the beach with trails, snack bar, and bathrooms. The unit has some really nice upgrades. I especially liked the walk-in shower in the master bath. I’ve already booked my stay for next year.

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect for our stay in St. Augustine! Everything we needed for our time inside and out was already there. Very clean! Loved the ability to start the day by walking straight out to the beach, spent the late afternoon at the pool, and close to tons of restaurants and activities for the evening. The kids were very sad to leave! The owners were great communicators should anything have arisen during our stay! Highly recommend.

Another great stay
