Old style motor court with large room that has been updated decently so, with nice bath, shower and lavatory appointments. Well located in Old St. Augustine, with convenient access to the old area and with view of the Matanzas River and Bridge of Lions.

The hotel is older but has been remodeled. It is close to everything. We stayed two different times. Some of the rooms have small showers but I er all a good hotel and I would stay again.

Everything was good except for an infestation of termites(?) that appeared on two separate days. I didnt report it because I'm a very very busy guy here on business and I didn't have time to deal with moving to another room or dealing with the front desk. I'm sure this wasn't the firsttime this happened in this room.

A nice no frills place to stay within easy walking distance of all of the shops and dining in the area! Room was super clean, soaps were non toxic which is a huge plus for me.. large TV, fridge and microwave! Will return!!

The place is very nice and the staff make it even better. My only complaint is that the AC unit was very loud. Other than that, it was great for the price compared to other near by properties rates.

This trip was far better than I expected! We will definitely stay here again. The ambiance, the location, the staff, all were great! The upstairs balcony is perfect to meet new people and form lasting friendships!
