Our home is located on a tidal marsh in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Conveniently situated between downtown and the beaches, it's easy to visit points of interest including the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Anastasia State Park.

The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula island—perfect for prepping meals while staying connected with friends and family. The kitchen opens up into a bright and airy living room, where a picture window frames stunning views of the tidal marsh, making it the ideal spot to relax and birdwatch.

You’ll be within walking distance to the Alligator Farm and just a short drive from the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach, and the vibrant downtown district.
Getting Around:
🗺️ While a few local attractions are within walking distance, we recommend having a car to fully explore everything St. Augustine has to offer, from historic downtown to the beautiful beaches and beyond.

💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation
🐾 Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets will incur additional pet fees.
🐾 Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
📌 Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours are enforced. If noise complaints are received we will be forced to notify police. Thank you for your cooperation.
📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
