This fantastic 3BR/2BA St. Augustine condo is perfect for a coastal getaway. Located in a gated community, it’s just a short walk to the shores of St. Augustine Beach and the St. Johns County Ocean Pier, a favorite spot for fishing, beachside fun, and community events. Numerous local eateries are also within walking distance.
Relax in the cozy living area with comfy furnishings and a flat-screen TV ready for streaming your favorite shows. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring essential appliances, makes it easy to prepare meals. Enjoy sit-down dinners around the large wooden dining table with seating for six.
The condo accommodates up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, while the third features a queen bed. A guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
Unwind on your private balcony, where outdoor chairs provide the ideal spot to read and relax while enjoying the coastal breeze. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, an in-unit washer/dryer, one assigned parking space, and several visitor parking spaces nearby. Guests also have access to a shared clubhouse, gym, and an outdoor pool, heated in winter.
The condo is just 350 yards from the beach and a short stroll from a variety of dining options. Grocery stores are a quick drive away. For a fun day out, walk 0.3 miles to St. Johns County Ocean Pier, which offers fishing, beach access, a kids’ playground and splash park, volleyball courts, and community events. Nearby attractions include live music at The St. Augustine Amphitheater (2.4 miles) and historical tours of the area.
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
