This is an excellent place to stay in St. Augustine. The place is clean, airy, precisely as described, accurately portrayed in the pictures, and very close to downtown on a great street. Carl is a quick, clear, and friendly communicator. Check-in and out is easy and not as demanding as many listings. Additionally, my view is that this accommodation is markedly well-priced for its condition and location - and, free parking is downtown St. Aug is sought-after. You'll be very happy booking Carl's place!

The location was perfect, on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds, yet still very walkable to everything. We appreciated having a parking spot as well. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive as well.

Very nice little 2nd floor apartment. It was sparkling clean. Parking on site which is great in St Augustine where parking is at a premium. Away from the crowds of downtown but there are shops and restaurants to visit.
