The dining table seats 4 and allows great views of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. The kitchen has been renovated and upgraded with new larger cabinets, upgraded appliances, large double sink and a bar top looking into the living room. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed, TV, upgraded window shutters and renovated master bath with a large walk in shower and oversized sink vanity. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, upgraded furniture and upgraded shutters on the windows. The guest bath comes with a tub / shower combo and upgraded vanity as well. This unit also comes with a newer stackable washer / dryer to use when needed.

Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club features 4 heated / chilled pools. Pickle ball, tennis and racquetball courts. 4 Beach walkovers, small library and gym located in the office plus a playground, grilling area and gazebo for outdoor get-togethers. This property also has a large clubhouse that is available to rent for private functions.
