This unit has a great south facing view of the ocean and pool, great for evenings out on the balcony. This beautiful condo is fully furnished and updated with shiplap ceilings, tile throughout the downstairs and wood flooring throughout the upstairs, all the things you might need for a comfortable, lovely vacation. There is a king bed in the master with a walk-in shower, two full size beds in the guest room with a combination shower/tub in the guest bathroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in living room.
While the unit is only a one-minute walk from the beach, Summerhouse also has four temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common areas around the pools are covered with well-maintained landscape just steps from the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if one should arise. We also have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Come and enjoy!
