Oceanview 2 Bedroom Town House

Location, location, location! Sit on the balcony as you watch the ocean, with bonus views of the inlet and Fort Matanzas National Monument Park (beach side). Steps to the pool and beach! Enjoy our renovated ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. The unit has enough to sleep six, and the living room has a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra bed. The living room smart TV includes a DVD/VCR player. New LVP flooring downstairs, and carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. Our unit is bright and airy with an added storm door, allowing in an abundance of natural light. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from. There are also tennis courts, racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property, boat and RV storage and bike racks, so you can bring all your toys. Our common area around the pools is beautifully well-maintained with lush grass and landscape, with private access to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Relax and enjoy!

Summer trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Summerhouse! The condo was clean, updated and had what we needed for a nice trip! The only complaint we would have is the master bathroom has horrible water pressure. Other than that we would definitely stay at summerhouse again!
