Everything was wonderful. Communication with the owner was thorough, quick and easy. The condo was clean. The access to the pool and beach was convenient. This complex was so quiet, it felt like we were the only guests there. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We usually stay on another unit at this complex but that was not available due to us doing a bit of a last minute booking. The owner was able to accommodate us and I'm so glad she did. The location is very secure and safe with direct beach access that doesn't involve crossing any roads. Parking is plentiful and check in and out was easy. My family has been coming to this complex since I was a kid and it's a very laid back place to stay. More family friendly than your typical resort due to having access to pool, shuffle board and the tennis courts. The walk on/off access to the beach is in your literal back yard making it a very easy access for older visitors or children. I brought my family in law here as their first time visiting a beach ever that's how much I love it. Clean and very walkable. There is also ebiking near by, light house, and we did a day trip on St Augustine. The condo itself is adorable and well stocked and decorated. It really has everything you need and there is a view of the beach from the porch. Would happily stay again!

Stay in St Augustine

We had a really nice time. We stayed for 17 days. The owner was very nice. The amenities were sufficient. The condo was older and could use a little remodeling but it was ok. The pool was great and the beach is beautiful. We are going to run it again next year. Thank you, Karen!

All the Details Covered

I have been staying at Four Winds properties for decades and they are all similar so it comes down to the details. This one is clean, comfortable and updated. Karen has obviously thought about the things her guests need to have a fun vacation and they are all covered/, The kitchen is very well stocked, bedding/towels are cozy and furniture is comfortable and perfect for the space. All the appliances are nice and in perfect working order including the dryer. It has been years since I rented a unit where I did not have to dry the towels one at a time. Karen was a kind, gracious host who was responsive and welcoming. Look forward to returning.

Just the perfect getaway

We had such a wonderful experience staying in this condo on Crescent Beach. It was exactly as described in the description, the amenities were absolutely perfect for a quiet (and quick) getaway. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with during the duration of our stay, and we will absolutely be returning again!
