I was in between housing and stayed at The Rodeway Inn for over two weeks. I’m a local and it’s and old Red Carpet Inn. A few years ago they made small cosmetic changes to make it look more updated and modern. In all honesty, the place should’ve been GUTTED. They price gouge, consider themselves to be pet friendly but charge $30 a night for an animal to stay. Do yourself a favor and travel the 3 miles closer to 16 and stay at the red roof Inn where they don’t charge at all for animals.The staff is beyond RUDE. hh

For a motel, the room and location were both very clean. Only a 4 minute drive to the heart of St. Augustine. Great stay for the price. Only issue was a nearby railroad so early in the morning you could hear the train honking. Not ideal but not a deal breaker

The hotel was ok didnt have a hair dryer had to bring my own, downtown historical was close by like a 7min drive. All the dinning closed early. Also do not use the ice for any drinks looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years also didnt use the pool either since the beach was 8 mins away

its good so far. staff in office was excellent and friendly. light was not on first floor of stairway til i got to 2nd floor it comes on. thats all to it. do fsr rooms looks good for overnight stay.
