Comfortable space Great location

The space was very well maintained and relaxing. The description says there are beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. They had what you need for the beach and everything was in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of pans, pots, bowls, spatulas, etc. You will find top of the line washer/dryer. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, blankets, towels, etc. The owners have thought through everything and made directions accessible, as well as making themselves accessible. The pools were very well kept. Walking to the beach from the screened in porch passing the pool to the boardwalk was easy. The beach is wide and the sand is mostly white. We enjoyed several great restaurants within 5 minutes. This building is getting facelift, but that didn’t get in our way. The welcome goody bag was pleasant bonus. We will definitely come back and we’ve already shared booking info with family and friends.

Great Condo, Beach, Pools, and Location!

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was easy to access the pools and beach and near supermarkets, local restaurants, and shops. It was also a short drive to St. Augustine's historic district. We will stay here again.

Great location and condo!

We had an amazing stay as a family of 4 for a week. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, and very well appointed with everything we needed! We especially appreciated the extra towels, beach towels, and closet of beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc), and kitchen supplies! Everything was great quality and well taken care of! The building was also well maintained, felt very safe, and offered carts for groceries and luggage. The location was really convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. The beach was large and flat and even though very busy in July, not overly crowded. Easy and quick walk to the pools and beach. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome ground floor unit, just bring sunscreen

Property was clean, as described in photos and very convenient to pool and beach. The unit came with all of the necessities you will need for your stay, from kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, well laid out details of the unit’s amenities (tv remotes, WiFi, etc) to everything you would need for the beach or pool. Incredible Find!

The Sand Dollar was even better than depicted! Every need was provided for, with so many extras. The light switch and remote control labels, access codes, abundant supply of towels, and well-stocked kitchen made each each day a breeze. We enjoyed the board games/puzzles, beach toys, and boogie boards as well. So much thought has gone into preparing the condo for guests; it truly felt like a home away from home.

Super awesome visit to St. Augustine!

The St. Agustine condo vacation was superb. The unit is clean, has modern appliances, and has a great location to the city of St. Agustine. We arrived 4 hours early and the condo management was flexible in letting us into the condo in a timely manner. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10! I would stay at the unit again as we all enjoyed the week we had in the unit. Thank you for such a great vacation in a great city with tons of history, great restaurants, and other attractions.

As close to perfection as it gets!

I can't say Enough Positive things about this condo, the owner, the location, everything! It was hands down the best stocked rental we've ever experienced! Every item in this condo from appliances, utensils, furniture, to cookware was TOP OF THE LINE! Best of the Best! In my opinion, it's by far the most conveniently located unit on property along with having the nicest back screened in porch! I'm already planning our next stay here!

Excellent Stay!

The property was exactly as described; it was extremely clean and tidy and had all of the amenities of home. The beds were super comfy and the area is very quiet. The location to the pool was perfect along with direct access to the beach. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and we will be back!

Pure gold !!! Our unit exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. It was amazingly clean. All the amenities one could ask for. Whoever equipped this unit and planned the instructions, certainly knew what he/she was doing. We highly recommend this unit for anyone. Pool and beach access could not have been easier. Security was never an issue. Great for a couple or family. The lock on the gate to the beach is missing a nut … this may cause the magnetic lock to fall off or be damaged. Tablespoon measuring spoon was missing upon arrival. All others are there. William & Paula Martin

We stayed here from sept 23rd-sept 27th, and it was fantastic! Everything was updated and remodeled and was very clean. They provided anything they thought we would need to help accommodate our stay. The property was located very close to the grocery store so we were always able to run to the store for anything we needed. Every possible dish/pan/silverware you would need is provided & the full size kitchen was great! Beach chairs were provided which meant we didn’t have to pack our own which was a major plus! There was a review that stated about the building being outdated and I was hesitant on booking the place because of it, but don’t even let that review deter you. The place was great, and perfect for everything we needed! I’ve stayed in a lot of different vrbos for little vacations, and this is probably one of the best ones yet! Plus what you pay is totally worth it for the space & everything that is provided for you! 10/10 review. would definitely book again if we were to visit again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was as pictured and the short walk to beach was nice. Beach was very nice. We really appreciated that there were plenty of towels and beach towels. Only suggestion, it would have been nice to have beach chairs. Also nice touch the games that were supplied. Overall great place and would definitely stay here again.

Property is exactly how it looks. First floor is great for easy pool and beach access. Property is clean and has everything you would need. Maybe 15 minute drive into St Augustine Max. Perfect getaway spot!!

Clean and Comfortable Beach Escape

Very clean, comfortable and newly renovated condo in St. Augustine Beach. Everything you need is provided (except a bathing suit). While the building itself is an older property, the condo has been updated and is very clean, with comfortable furnishings, beds, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Enjoyed the sunrise each morning from the screened in lanai. The kids loved the 2 large pools and it couldn't be more convenient to walk out from the 1st floor patio to the beach. I will say, that we were lucky to be there while the dunes were being repaired, so the public access (for cars) was closed, so the beach was quiet. I am sure normally it would be a lot more crowded.
