Summary:

Fantastic Beach cottage, has been completely modernized but we kept the old beach charm. New everything. Right across the street is the Atlantic ocean. We have all beach essentials, out door lounge furniture, Bikes, BBQ, Fire Pit, Screened in porch, Fenced in yard with out door shower. Pet friendly.You will love it here. T.V's in every room. !5 minute drive to Historic downtown St Augustine. Fabulous restaurants, music and shopping.

Other Things to Note:

Upon departure , please strip beds and put used towels in a pile and the cleaning staff can take it from there. Big thank you.

If you are there over Sunday night, please pull trash bin to the street for early Monday morning P/U.
