This charming 1940 home is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy everything St. Augustine has to offer. Walk or drive easily to the city’s most popular attractions, with many restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. Some of our local favorites — including The Conch House, Blackfly, Odd Birds, Sarbez, Osprey Tacos, and Cheba Hut — are all just a 5–10 minute walk from the home. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the Bridge of Lions (about a 10–15 minute walk total to downtown), a 3-minute drive to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and a 5-minute drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, home to live music and a popular Saturday Farmers Market. From the moment we walked in the door I wanted to leave a 5-star review. This beautiful home was well-furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It had plenty of space for our 3 generation family to spread out and enjoy. A roomy, well kept backyard was great for relaxing or for the kids to run around, not to mention a well-screened back porch for Al fresco dining. Everything was clean and organized. We especially loved the little seasonal touches of decor. Location was great! A short walk over the Bridge of Lions brought us to the main area of St. Augustine where we could enjoy without the fuss of parking.Our hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly. Check in was a breeze. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
