It is furnished with a king, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. There are three TV's, VCR, a DVD player and a stereo for you entertainment within the condo. You can enjoy the benefit of tile while downstairs which makes for an easier clean up from any sand that may make its way into your unit. The upstairs is carpeted for a cozy home like feel. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
