Very frustrated customer

The property was in terrible cleanup The microwave was rust inside and disgusting The pots were in terrible conditions and the majority of them didn’t have a cover There was dead bugs inside the draws Refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster dirty Handle of the dryer was taped Everything was really old and following a part Bottom kitchen cabinets all damage Lamps with damaged shades Toilet seats in terrible conditions Cracking floors I will never going back to this place and won’t recommend at all I spoke with Hotels.com customer support and send them pictures of everything They supposed to give me a full refund This was literally the worse rental property I ever been.
