The Space

This first floor condo is in Building 2 of the Ocean & Racquet Club, on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach, with private beach access just steps from your door. The condo has a colorful, retro beach theme and is thoughtfully stocked for comfort and fun.

Being on the first floor means no stairs or elevators between you and the sand. You're just steps from the heated pool and a bubbling hot tub tucked inside the courtyard. A beach cart, chairs, boogie board, and skimboard are included, so a carefree beach day is ready to go the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a dining area for meals in. Cable TV, high speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning are included. Easy trolley access gets you to Historic Downtown St. Augustine without moving your car.

This is a comfortable getaway spot near the beach!

Condo is nicely decorated and clean with everything you need for a week at the beach. Comfortable beds with updated furniture made it a pleasant place to stay. We loved the convenience of having beach chairs available and being 5 minute walk. Pool area is also beautiful and good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend for a family vacation.
