Welcome to The Anchor House! This updated, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 with 5 comfortable beds and a spacious open-concept floor plan. Featuring charming nautical decor, a private backyard, and parking for 4, our cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood perfect for morning strolls or evening walks. Located just 0.8 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and minutes from pristine beaches, this home is ideal for your Florida getaway.

This is a one-story home*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 8 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.

-You must be 25 years old to rent The Anchor House.

CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Please wash sands away from the beach chairs and beach toys before you bring them back to the entryway closet in clean and dry condition.
