It's a nice, older establishment. Staff was friendly, particularly the late afternoon/evening staff. The rooms are smallish as is the bathroom but I think in ordinary weather circumstances, this would not be an issue. The great thing about this property is it is very close to eateries, shopping and old town. Most everything is within walking distance! This was particularly good on our two day visit when it rained, the wind blew and the "feels like" temperature was in the 30s! We were within a minute walk of OC White's pub a great dining option! All this to say, we'll come back!

Everything about this place was great!

what a lovely stay we had! went to see the Xmas light display in St Augustine & they were spectacular! glad we decided to stay overnight & this place was a great choice as it was nice& central & very clean & quieter will defiantly be returning!!!

Ok view but outdated hotel

The hotel is rather dated and in need of an update. The electronic keys did not work and we got back to our room at 9 PM and needed a manager to let us in. When taking a shower in the morning the tub did not drain. The bed was confortable but the bathroom was in need of real updating. The fresh made cookies was a nice treat but the breakfest was just ok. Mangement did nothing for usxwith the key inconvienence.

A good stay, liked the Social hour with a Charcuterie Board. Staff pleasant, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only drawback was the article air weather. It was so cold, activities were stopped. We decided to leave 1 day early. Motel would not refund one night. Before booking in the future, we would take take into consideration. Paying over $100 to stay in a room watching TV was the main drawback to the property.

All in all an amazing stay. There were some small issues like old fixtures and a loose faucet handle and the floor could have been swept a little better, but nothing that really took away from the enjoyment of the facilities. Beds were clean and comfy. Good location for kids and also staff was so amazingly friendly and accommodating.
