The King & Bear Retreat

Welcome to our fully equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Laterra within the King & Bear community at World Golf Village. The unit features a comfortable king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with dual sinks. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to a private balcony. The full kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The dining area seats six and also offers a dedicated workspace, making the unit comfortable for both short getaways and longer stays. In-unit laundry, an iron, and ironing board are also provided. Guests have access to the pool and hot tub, plus the community fitness center, heated lap pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The Circle of Wellness spa is located on-site and is open to the public at their set rates. Golfers will love being close to two public World Golf Village courses, The King & Bear and The Slammer & Squire, both available to play at seasonal rates. The King & Bear is one of the highlights of the community and is a beautifully maintained course. The condo is a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, public beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the many attractions of the Nation’s Oldest City.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
Before leaving, please return all dishes to their original place, bag and remove all trash to the trash chute located to the left past the elevator, and check for any personal belongings.
Please close all windows and balcony doors, lock the unit, return the keys to the lockbox, and leave the white amenity card inside the unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
