Primary bedroom: King-sized bed & an en suite bathroom

Downstairs-
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and an additional single bed & private patio for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 3: Provides a twin daybed with an additional twin trundle bed, ensuring a cozy and restful night's sleep.

There's also a hall bathroom with a bath/shower combination, easily accessible to all downstairs guests.

The property is fully available to guests except one locked closet for the owner.

No Smoking in the property.

No pets allowed.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If item(s) are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

* No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
